The Virtual Benefits Fair is being developed in response to our clients request for new, far reaching venues to promote employee benefits options.  Organizations work hard and spend millions to put benefit programs in place.  The next challenge organizations face is to effectively and systematically communicate these programs to their workforces.

 

This web based portal allows for active participation in reviewing  and understanding employee benefit offerings in a consistent, controlled environment.  This communication vehicle can be used locally, nationally and globally.  There are also tracking and reporting capabilities that provides administrators with valuable utilization information.

Exhibit Pavilions:
 

The exhibit is divided into any number of pavilions specified by the Fair Administrator.  The pavilions will be listed on an exhibit map and an employee can enter the pavilion by clicking on the map.  Once in a pavilion the exhibiting providers there will be listed with their logo, company name and a link to the booth.

 

Exhibit Booths:

Eight booth templates will be available, mimicking booth designs at real trade fairs. Visitors may click on items in the booth to detailed information.  Provider Booths will have:

 

Basic Info

  • Company Information – pop up window with detailed company information
  • Company logo – display is based on template selected
  • Website link – pop up window to company website
  • Welcome message – displayed on exhibit wall
  • Scrolling text message – optional, display is based on template selected
  • Corporate Description – displayed when “brochure button” is clicked

 Offerings for Attendees

  • Business card information – virtual business card for print vcard filing
  • Press Releases – pop up window with press release
  • Product Listings – pop up window to browse product catalog, including pictures
  • Company Literature – pop up window to receive company literature via mail, email or fax
  • Goodies – pop up window offering free promotional items
  • Lucky Draw – pop up window with lucky draw and prizes that may be won

 Interactivity

  • Business card drop – open a window for a visitor to enter contact info
  • Email contact – opens a window in which to send an email message
  • Bulletin Board – opens a window in which to post a comment on a public bulletin board
  • Instant Messenger – chat window connected to booth operator
  • Call me now – pop up window for attendee to enter his phone number and a time to call (including immediate call).
