Our program transforms the employee benefits package from an expense into an investment that meets the needs of today’s workforce.  Companies simply link to the secured portal from their internal communication pages, which provides employees immediate access to dependent care resources. 

This program also provides utilization reports with detailed information on the demographic and geographic information of employees utilizing each system. Reporting also includes type of care employee searched for, guidance information, and the rating each employee gave upon exiting the System. .  The System guides employees to the providers that best meet their needs as they are prompted to select their childcare needs and preferences.  Each employee’s needs are different and range from the ages of their children, hours of care needed, geographical area needed, if pets are acceptable, whether they desire a provider with special needs training and much more. Instantly the System matches the employees needs to the childcare providers’ offerings, and displays profile information about the specific providers that meet those needs.  Employees can easily compare their childcare options in minutes and have all the resources they need to successfully manage their ever-changing childcare needs, and in turn, are free to manage their job responsibilities.


Adult Care._NBSP_ The myriad of adult/elder agencies, programs and institutions can frustrate even the most sophisticated consumer.  The Adult Care System will give your employees the tools they need to navigate through the maze of services. Employees discover new resources and care alternatives within minutes.  They have the knowledge to plan for care prior to a crisis and this measurably decreases work interruptions. 



Resources for Living
