These affiliations and partnerships allow CLAS to serve as a thought leader within these communities for the benefit of other companies, members, and those in need. In addition, CLAS executives hold individual memberships and industry association positions, recognizing CLAS’s expertise in the work/life sector.

Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP) is a membership organization committed to the development and advancement of the field of work-life effectiveness. Founded in 1996, AWLP addresses work-life issues through publications, forums and professional development strategies. AWLP strives both to improve the professionalism of those working in the work-life arena, and to influence better integration of work and family life

 

 

 Work/Life Coalition, established in 1995, is a membership organization located in Washington DC.  It makes available quarterly conferences that provide work/life professionals with innovative, practical, and cost-effective work/life information and resources. Work/Life Coalition sponsors research projects that address current work/life issues, as well as coordinates special events and programs that provide support to employers on work/life issues.

 

The Minnesota Work-Life Champions Awards Project.  The Minnesota Work-Life Champions Awards is a state-wide employer recognition project. It recognizes and honors Minnesota employers who implement programs and practices which create a flexible and supportive workplace.
