Work/Life Balance
In response to requests from our clients, we have created this workshop to help people identify their true priorities, and then plan their time and their life to be in alignment with those priorities. Through a series of interactive exercises attendees learn how to create and sustain a dynamic work/life balance, make wise choices about their time and identify their true values. Learnings from the workshop include stress reduction and management skills along with increased resiliency.
Workplace Flexibility - Much More than an Arrangement
Workplace flexibility is one of the fastest growing business practices in organizations today. With the availability of technology, the rising cost of facilities and the need for business continuity organizations are working to create programs that will better meet their business needs. This interactive session will provide tools on how to strategically pull flexibility into their organizations. Whether attendees are just beginning to developing a flexibility strategy or are further down the road to creating a flexible work environment, this session will cover migrating from an accommodation based to a business based workplace flexibility initiative. Key learnings include: gaining top management support, leveraging different flexible work arrangements to influence successful organizational practices and identifying how the changing workforce can be managed using workplace flexibility.
Building a Remote Work Team
Today’s team doesn’t always work in the same office — or even the same country. This session provides interactive activities that will show attendees how to keep remote employees engaged and productive by leveraging technology, improving communication and implementing accountability.
HR Communication - Increase Employee Understanding and Utilization of Total Rewards
Research shows that the more employees understand about their organization's HR offering the more they will value their position within the company. To create the right HR offering communication strategy, organizations need to capture employee’s attention, recognize what motivates them in today’s workplace and make it easy for them to access programs. This session will work with attendees to ensure employee understanding of their HR offering, draft a plan to change perceptions and gain buy-in, and finally, to motivate behaviors and create change.
Organizational Culture Change - This is not Your Father's Workplace
This highly-interactive session will provide participants with the fundamentals of organizational culture change and discuss the role of a change agent. Activities and networking time will provide attendees with hands-on learning by reviewing and discussing real-life case studies and examples.
